The SNETP Open Innovation Platform (SOIP) is an online platform for sharing information within SNETP community on R&D&I project ideas

You are invited to browse published project ideas or submit your project idea and receive feedback from interested parties.

You can eventually receive a written recognition of your project idea maturity in the form of a Label issued by the SNETP governance. The scope of your project idea shall be linked to the strategic orientations (roadmap, vision report or similar) of one of the SNETP pillars (NUGENIA, ESNII, NC2I). Cross-cutting ideas are welcome.

Access to the SOIP is possible with the login details of the SNETP members area.

The review process is divided into several consecutive steps:

Step 1

Think about the maturity of your project idea: e.g. “Is the concept of your project already fixed?” or “Do you know the consortium already?”

Step 2

Decide on the template corresponding to the maturity of your project idea. Download and complete Template 1 if you are in an early stage of the reflection (e.g. scope not yet fixed, open to new partners and expertise). If your project idea is already more developed, download and complete the Template 2.

Step 3

To submit your project idea, you need to fill the online form, click on save and then upload the corresponding Template (only PDF format is allowed).

Step 4

After submission, a technical review is done by SNETP experts. Later, you will be either asked to complete further information already provided or your project idea will be published and visible to the SNETP community. Make sure that you do not include any confidential or personal data information in the templates. Once submitted, during the reviewing process no change can be done.

Step 5

After publication of the Template 1, you can submit a Template 2 if the project idea has evolved. If the Template 2 is considered of relevance by SNETP experts, you may receive the SNETP label.
