OFFERR is a European project by SNETP, funded by EURATOM with a budget of €7 million to facilitate international cooperation in nuclear research. Its goal is to provide access to state-of-the-art nuclear infrastructures for R&D experts and channel the financial support provided by EURATOM until 2026. To achieve this, the project has established a European User Facility Network (EUFN) database and an OFFERR catalogue containing 190+ nuclear research institutions all over Europe for which R&D experts can apply.

The project’s first call for proposals was launched on April 3, 2023, and is open to project proposals in all research disciplines and topics that align with SNETP’s Strategic Research and Innovation Agenda (SRIA). Project proposals supported by other European associations and organizations acting within EURATOM framework will be also considered.
