Working Lunch on Enhancing EU Energy Security with Small Modular Reactors (SMRs)
March 18 @ 12 h 30 min - 14 h 30 min
A working lunch organised by the European Parliament under the Polish presidency of the Council of the European Union of the EU together with European Enterprise Alliance ZPP Brussles, focused on the pivotal role of Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) in strengthening energy security across Europe. Our President, Bernard SALHA and our General secretary, Abderrahim Al Mazouzi, will be joining the event!
As energy security is vital for both national and EU stability, the event will explore how SMRs can provide a stable, sustainable, and secure energy supply for Europe. Industry experts, government officials, and researchers will discuss how SMRs contribute to enhancing Europe’s energy independence, affordability, and decarbonisation goals. The event will also showcase European industrial projects related to SMRs.
📅 Join us for a dynamic panel discussion, featuring our Governing Board member and Chair of NC2I pillar, Jozef Sobolewski, PhD MBA and other experts from industry, government, and research.
