This goal of this conference is to present the results of the work conducted under the EU Funded Project dedicated to Nuclear Power Hydrogen Cogeneration (NPHyCO).  This two-and-a-half-year project kicked-off in the Autumn of 2022 focusing on the potential for developing large scale, low-carbon, hydrogen production facilities linked to nuclear power plants. This conference aims to bring together around 70 participants, including:

  • The NPHyCo consortium partners
  • Organisations involved in other relevant EU funded Projects (eg TANDEM and GEMINI)
  • Stakeholders to whom this project is of relevance (nuclear industry, hydrogen sector and downstream users/energy intensive industries)
  • Policymakers, including representatives from the European Commission, European Parliament and the Member States
