We are pleased to invite you to a workshop showcasing the latest advancements in data-driven surrogate models for nuclear severe accident codes, as part of the ASSAS project. This event will feature presentations on machine learning applications in nuclear sciences and related fields, with a focus on multiphysics and coupled codes. Join us for insightful discussions, including a high-level round table, and take advantage of this free opportunity to expand your knowledge and network with experts in the field.

The workshop will present the intermediate results of ASSAS concerning the development of data-driven surrogate models for nuclear severe accident codes, as described in this paper . Besides, more than half of the workshop will be dedicated to presentations from participants on related scientific topics. These include the use of machine-learning for simulation in nuclear sciences (neutronics, thermal-hydraulics, fluid dynamics, mechanics…) and beyond (aeronautics, weather forecasting, geology, mechanical engineering…). Applications to Multiphysics and coupled codes are of high interest.
We plan to close the workshop with a high-level round table gathering speakers from different backgrounds.
The registration and the call for abstracts will be opened in January. You can save the date now and share the information with your network.
The participation will be free.
