Last 13 May 2026, the webinar “From Calls to Projects: Navigating Euratom 2026-2027” brought together over 100 participants from industry, research, and European institutions to explore the new Euratom calls and the SNETP project labelling support to members.
Euratom calls 2026-2027: Key Priorities and Funding Opportunities
Roger Garbil from the European Commission’s DG for Research and Innovation, Euratom Fission Research, presented the Euratom Programme for 2026-2027.
Participants gained insights into the priority topics and the application process for upcoming calls, emphasizing cross-border collaboration and alignment with European strategic goals.
SNETP’s Role in Project Support and Labelling
Abderrahim al Mazouzi, Secretary General of SNETP (Sustainable Nuclear Energy Technology Platform), outlined how SNETP supports its members in shaping strong project proposals and navigating the Euratom funding landscape.
Key areas of support include consortium building, technical guidance and project labelling support.
The project labelling support is a dedicated service for members to help them obtain the SNETP label, which enhances credibility and visibility of their project ideas, aligning with the platform’s strategic vision and increasing their chances of success in Euratom funding.
Abderrahim al Mazouzi highlighted the importance of coordination among members to meet Euratom requirements and foster impactful and innovative projects.
