Participate in the largest public consultation on EU’s Horizon R&I programmes 2014-2027
In December, the European Commission launched the largest-ever public consultation on the past, present and future of the EU’s Horizon 2014-2027 research and innovation programmes. The consultation consists of three separate parts:
- final evaluation of the achievements and shortcomings of Horizon 2020 programme (2014-2020)
- mid-term evaluation of the design & implementation of Horizon Europe programme (2021-2027) up until now
- formation of the second Strategic Plan of the Horizon Europe programme for the years 2025-2027 providing inputs on emerging research and innovation needs, on synergies across EU programmes, etc.
Everyone interested in European policy-making in the field of research and innovation is invited to share their views on the performance of Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe, and thus actively contribute to shaping the strategic guidelines and priorities of the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan for 2025-2027.
The consultation only runs until February 23, 2023. The questionnaire consists of three separate parts with multiple-choice and open-ended questions in English, German and French. Respondents can answer in all EU languages and choose to answer one, two or all three parts of the questionnaire. Stakeholders are also welcome to submit position papers.
