DESCRIPTION:The 14th SET Plan Conference “Enabling the SET Plan for the EU Green Recovery” will take place on 23 and 24 November 2020 in an online format. This conference is an opportunity for policymakers\, researchers and stakeholders to evaluate the progress made towards achieving the SET Plan goals. \nThe event will be opened by Peter Altmaier (Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy) and by Kadri Simson (European Commissioner for Energy). The ministerial panel will address the clean energy transition in the current Covid19 context and the role of the European Green Deal in such a transition. \nSessions will address\, among other topics\, the SET Plan contribution to the Green Deal as a driver of the EU recovery\, and more specifically the three main European energy policy initiatives that will be launched this year\, namely energy system integration and hydrogen\, offshore renewables and the renovation wave. \nFor additional information and registration click here.
